Royal Enfield Classic 500 Chain sprocket life and change time

Hi friends,

 A friend of mine wants to know what is the life of chain sprocket set of his Royal enfield classic 500cc bike because he had to change them on 13000km only . He wants know what is the average life of sprockets in royal enfield bikes ? Is it too early for him that his sprockets needs to get changed ?

I have Electra and have already done 18000 km and looking good for me. No  need to change sprockets so far. I use spray instead of oil and I do spray every 1000 km . I think you should also avoid oil and use spray.

If it is maintained properly then 15000 KM is good life for it.
