Royal Enfield Desert Storm bulkier button tyres

Hi Guys,
My DS is completing 3 yrs on this Nov, so thought of gifting a tyres to my Bike. Since the present tyres are slippery. So please suggest some good tyre that is bulkier on front and rear with buttons.

Check out Dunlop Monster 130/80 18 , they are super broad and bulky. Other option is Dunlop Max trail, check this one also, a good offroader.
